The first time I watched this, I found it to be really hot, but after watching again a little more closely, I realized the enemas are fake. The biggest giveaway is the fact that the women are supposedly expelling the enemas in the wastepaper basket, but there is absolutely no sound.. It is impossible to expel water into a plastic trash bag in a wastepaper basket and have no sound.
